NurseBuilt was created to help families stop guessing when home suddenly feels unsafe.
Most families are not dealing with one simple problem. They are dealing with a fall, hospital discharge, unsafe night, decline, surgery recovery, chronic illness, disability-related safety concern, medication confusion, caregiver overwhelm, or a home that no longer matches the person’s current function.
NurseBuilt turns real nursing, hospice, home-care, and caregiver experience into practical home safety systems families can use immediately.
Built From Real Nursing Experience
NurseBuilt was created by Halston Juracka, RN-BSN, a nurse with experience in hospice, hospital care, home-based patient situations, nursing education, and family caregiver support.
The system was built from the patterns nurses see over and over: families coming home underprepared, bathrooms becoming dangerous, medication routines falling apart, emergency information missing, and adult children trying to make serious home decisions while overwhelmed.
What NurseBuilt Does
NurseBuilt gives families nurse-built checklists, setup guides, emergency references, medication organization tools, caregiver logs, and family communication resources.
The goal is simple: give families a clearer starting point when they are asking, “What do we fix first?”
What NurseBuilt Is Not
NurseBuilt is family education and caregiver organization. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, medication management, home health, hospice, therapy, legal advice, emergency support, or a replacement for the person’s healthcare team.
For emergencies, call 911. For medical questions, contact the person’s doctor, nurse, therapist, pharmacist, home health team, hospice team, or appropriate healthcare professional.
For Families and Professionals
Families can use NurseBuilt directly through The First 72 Hours Home Safety System.
Care organizations, care managers, senior care businesses, physician offices, and healthcare-adjacent professionals can offer NurseBuilt to families through NurseBuilt Professional Access.
