NurseBuilt Refund Policy

Digital System: We stand behind this. Because it is delivered instantly, our guarantee is simple and fair. If you work the First 72 Hours Checklist and the system genuinely does not help your family, email nursebuiltsupport@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase, tell us what didn't work, and we will make it right with a refund. We ask that you actually use it first, because it only works if you do.

RN Review: Once you have submitted materials for review or a nurse has started the written review, the RN Review is non-refundable, because it reserves a nurse's time and work. If you need to reschedule your call, contact us at least 24 hours before.

Bundle: If you bought the Complete System and have not yet submitted RN Review materials, you may request a refund of the RN Review portion within 14 days. Once materials are submitted or the review has begun, the RN Review portion is non-refundable.
