Welcome to NurseBuilt. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, digital products, educational resources, professional access products, and related services. By accessing our website or purchasing from NurseBuilt, you agree to these terms.

1. About NurseBuilt

NurseBuilt provides nurse-built home safety education, caregiver organization tools, digital guides, checklists, templates, videos, and related home readiness resources for families, caregivers, and approved professional users.

NurseBuilt is not a medical provider, home health agency, hospice agency, emergency service, therapy provider, pharmacy, legal service, or substitute for a person’s healthcare team.

2. Educational Use Only

All NurseBuilt materials are provided for general education, home safety awareness, caregiver organization, and family preparedness. Our products are designed to help users notice common home safety concerns, organize information, and prepare better questions for the person’s healthcare team.

NurseBuilt does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, provide medical advice, create individualized medical plans, guarantee safety outcomes, or replace professional medical care. For medical questions, contact the person’s physician, nurse, pharmacist, therapist, home health team, hospice team, or other licensed healthcare provider. For emergencies, call 911 or your local emergency number.

3. No Guarantee of Outcome

NurseBuilt tools are designed to improve awareness and organization, but no product, guide, checklist, review, or recommendation can guarantee that a fall, injury, hospitalization, medication error, decline, emergency, or other adverse event will be prevented.

Users are responsible for using their own judgment and consulting the appropriate professionals before making decisions related to medical care, physical safety, equipment placement, medications, transfers, mobility, or supervision.

4. Digital Products

Digital products may include PDF guides, checklists, templates, videos, download links, online resources, and other electronic materials. Access instructions are provided after purchase.

Digital products are licensed for personal household use only unless a separate professional, business, agency, or organizational license has been purchased.

5. RN Home Setup Review

If purchased, the RN Home Setup Review is a nurse-informed educational review based on the photos, videos, forms, and information submitted by the customer. This service is intended to provide general home safety observations, prioritization, and education.

The RN Home Setup Review does not establish a home health relationship, replace an in-person assessment, provide emergency evaluation, diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, approve equipment, certify home safety, or replace the person’s healthcare team.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any photos, videos, or information submitted do not include information they are not authorized to share. By submitting materials, the customer confirms they have the right to provide that information to NurseBuilt for review.

6. Professional Access and Business Use

NurseBuilt Professional Access is a limited-use business license for approved healthcare-adjacent businesses, care organizations, physician offices, care managers, senior care businesses, and other professional users who want to provide NurseBuilt access to client families or customers within the purchased usage limits.

Professional Access does not permit resale, republication, public posting, file sharing, unauthorized copying, removal of NurseBuilt branding, claiming authorship, editing materials without permission, uploading materials to public websites, or using NurseBuilt materials outside the purchased license limits.

Business use is limited to the access level, redemption quantity, time period, and license terms purchased. NurseBuilt may revoke access or deny future business use if materials are misused, shared beyond the license, altered without permission, or represented as the purchasing organization’s own original materials.

7. Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of purchase. NurseBuilt may change prices, offers, discounts, or product availability at any time.

8. Refunds

Because NurseBuilt sells digital products, educational materials, and time-based review services, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law or specifically stated in a written offer.

Refund requests may be reviewed at NurseBuilt’s discretion. Approval is not guaranteed. Refunds are not provided for downloaded digital products, accessed materials, completed RN reviews, missed customer deadlines, customer failure to read product descriptions, or purchases made in error after access has been delivered.

9. Account, Access, and Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information at checkout. NurseBuilt is not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect email addresses, customer email filtering, spam folders, or failure to follow access instructions.

Access links, discount codes, redemption codes, and downloadable files may not be shared outside the purchaser’s household or licensed business use.

10. Intellectual Property

All NurseBuilt materials, including guides, checklists, templates, videos, branding, website copy, product names, designs, and educational frameworks, are owned by NurseBuilt or licensed to NurseBuilt.

Purchasing a product gives the customer a limited license to use the materials according to the purchased use case. It does not transfer ownership of the materials or grant permission to copy, resell, distribute, modify, publish, or commercialize NurseBuilt content.

11. User Submissions

Customers may submit forms, photos, videos, descriptions, questions, or other materials when using certain NurseBuilt services. By submitting information, the customer confirms that the information is accurate to the best of their knowledge and that they have permission to share it.

NurseBuilt may use submitted information only as needed to provide the purchased service, respond to the customer, improve operations, comply with legal obligations, or protect the business from misuse or disputes.

12. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the NurseBuilt website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website security, copy protected content, scrape materials, impersonate another person, submit false information, or use NurseBuilt products in a misleading or unlawful way.

13. Third-Party Services

NurseBuilt may use third-party platforms for checkout, forms, email delivery, file hosting, analytics, advertising, scheduling, and communication. Use of those platforms may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NurseBuilt is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or other damages arising from use or inability to use our website, products, guides, checklists, recommendations, professional access materials, RN review services, or related resources.

Users remain responsible for decisions made in the home, including safety changes, equipment purchases, supervision, medication organization, emergency response, and when to contact healthcare professionals.

15. Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify NurseBuilt, its owners, contractors, employees, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of NurseBuilt materials, violation of these terms, unauthorized sharing of content, or reliance on NurseBuilt materials outside their intended educational purpose.

16. Changes to These Terms

NurseBuilt may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website or products after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
